Hassle-Free 100 Days Return (Exchange or Refund Policy): Experience the ease of our hassle-free 100 days return of Exchange or Refund policy (within 100 days time from purchased date), ensuring your satisfaction for every purchased at any The Travel Store, Lojel, Eminent or Echolac outlets. (applicable to only offline stores)

   Terms & Conditions:
   
   1. Proof of Purchase : Present original receipt when initiating a return. Returns should be made at the Outlet where the purchase was originally made.
   2. Condition of Return : Luggage must be returned in its original packaging and in unused, sellable condition. Any indication of use or damage may result in the rejection of the return for Exchange and Refund.
   3. Exchange Process - Top-Up Requirement : In cases where the value of the exchange item exceeds that of the original purchase, additional payment to cover the price difference is required. However, if the value of the exchange item is lower that the original purchase, no refund will be given.
   4. Refund Process : administrative fee of RM20 will be charged for each returned luggage. However, in lieu of the administrative fee, a RM20 cash voucher will be issued for member opting for a refund.
      
      1. The Member shall be required to fill out the refund form provided by us, and such form shall be verified by our outlet's key personnel. No refund shall be permitted or considered valid if a member fails, neglects, or omits to complete and return to us a verified refund form.
         
      2. The refund amount, after deducting RM20, shall be refunded to the member through bank transfer by us within 14 working days from the date the refund took place.
      3. We shall not be held liable if the refund details provided by the member are inaccurate, and the member is fully responsible for any incorrect information provided.
      4. Any return accepted by us and/or any refund issued by us that does not comply with the terms and conditions of this Policy shall be deemed void, and we reserve all rights to demand that the member return any sum that was erroneously refunded.
